We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 1-3 days depending on your location to ensure the product remains frozen upon arrival.

Each order includes a detailed reheating guide. Generally, we recommend the 'boil-in-bag' method or low-temperature oven heating to preserve the moisture and smoke profile of the meat.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure that our perishable products arrive quickly and remain at peak quality.
What is your return policy for food items?
